I’ve always thought of bright blues as a difficult color to style, hence why my closet is made up mainly of neutral tones. But in an effort to incorporate it into my wardrobe, I found an adorable skort that are a vibrant cobalt blue. I’m also in love with the asymmetrical look that adds character to any outfit. If you’ve never been to Los Angeles, you may be unfamiliar with the lights outside Los Angeles County Museum of Arts, or LACMA. Just outside, the Urban Lights installation is a beautiful landmark made up of rows and rows of cast iron antique street lamps. It’s also known to be an excellent place for a photoshoot :)
This is the outfit I wore to the Diane von Furstenberg Journey of a Dress exhibit that was recently held at LACMA. Not surprisingly, the whole crowd was impeccably dressed. I guess you come dressed to impress when you visit an exhibit that’s a homage to a lady of such style and grace!

And also, I CUT MY HAIR! I decided with work starting soon and my hair getting ridiculously long, the luscious locks had to go! I occasionally miss it, but short hair definitely has it’s benefits!
