A Spring in My Step

March 18, 2014 § 1 Comment

When it’s beautiful outside, everything feels a little better. I’m less stressed, a lot calmer, and most importantly, I love to dress more fun and bold. imageI’ve featured this dress back in the summer, but this time, I gave it a little more edge by adding this speckled gray jacket. Even though each piece stands out on its own, I like how the two compliment each other and put a little dimension into the outfit. I definitely want to start experimenting more with prints!imageimageThese shoes were an amazing find. I went to an outlet with Hannah and got these Steve Madden booties for a mere $15! I felt like I was almost robbing the store, haha. imageAll together, I think this outfit can work day or night!

Outfit Details:
Dress // Forever21
Jacket // H&M
Booties // Steve Madden

As I’m writing this, I’m in New York City having an amazing, whirlwind time. Though I’ve been visiting at least twice a year in the past few years, I really can’t get enough. When you’re with an awesome group of people in the city that never sleeps, well you never sleep either. But there’s time to recover later…I don’t want to miss a moment while I’m here.

Hope you all are having fun whether you’re on spring break or not!
