As the end of the fall semester quickly approaches, I realize that just a few weeks ago I thought this semester was dragging along. Lo and behold, my finals begin this week and I’m flustered by how fast time moves sometimes. The past two weeks have sort of been a whirlwind of work and school. Here’s a quick run through of what I’ve been up to!
1. Group Projects Will Be My Demise!
Three out of my four semester long group projects were due in the past two weeks, and to be utterly honest, group projects can be extremely difficult to maneuver through. Having so many different personalities and styles all smashed into one is probably not the best recipe for success…
2. Work, Work, Work…and more Work
In addition to all the school assignments and projects I had, I thought it would be an excellent choice to take on additional work to help out for an event! In hindsight, definitely not the best decision. Working about 60 hours in the span of 5 days left little time for me to study for exams! Bad, bad, bad. BUT I did get to see Imagine Dragons rehearse their song and meet Kurt Hugo Schneider, a music producer on YouTube I admire. Both were absolutely AMAZING; I’ve linked their stuff, so be sure to check them out!
Alas, it’s time to buckle down for the oncoming finals and other group projects. Wish me luck!
